Grant MacEwan and SAIT Polytechnic collaborate to create online Business Administration diploma
A collaborative agreement between MacEwan University in Edmonton and SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary has led to the development of a new Business Administration diploma offered entirely online.
MacEwan and SAIT both have long histories of providing Business Administration studies to campus-based students. But now that they have added the option of taking the program online through eCampusAlberta, students have the opportunity to complete a certificate and/or diploma without having to attend classes on either institution’s campus. This gives them the flexibility to complete the program requirements anywhere at any time.
Through working with eCampusAlberta, MacEwan and SAIT have shown leadership in creating a new way of developing curricula.
“This initiative has allowed our faculties to collaborate on the development of online curriculum, and to share best practices in delivering courses,” says Elsie Elford, Dean, MacEwan School of Business.
