2008/09 Annual Report documents successful year of operations
 
The eCampusAlberta 2008/09 Annual Report tells the story of the consortium’s most successful year to date.

Each year, eCampusAlberta compiles and publishes an Annual Report to inform the Board of Directors, Operations and Management Committees, staff at member institutions and key personnel within the Ministry of Advanced Education and Technology about activities and milestones achieved throughout the year.

And this year's report is packed with plenty of exciting news, including:

• course registrations exceeded 9,000 for the first time, reaching 9,004 – an increase of 26 per cent over the previous year’s 7,128

• $525,000 was allocated to online curriculum development at member institutes

• the marketing campaign was delivered online for the first time

• 12 Afghani women graduated from an eCampusAlberta online business program

Business and Strategic Plans 2009 – 2012
 
eCampusAlberta’s new Strategic and Business Plans 2009 – 2012 will guide the consortium through the next phase of operations and provide a blueprint to enable the administrative team to enhance services for member institutions. Both documents were created following a recent survey of the membership, which was created to gather information that will
determine the strategic directions and priorities for eCampusAlberta over the next three years.
