"I looked at several options for obtaining a broad spectrum business education over the last couple of years. I considered conventional post-secondary on both a full-time and part-time basis. The difficulty with this was that I have a busy full-time job and two young children who I want to see grow up. Through a work colleague who had taken the Bachelor of Applied Business Emergency Services program I turned to Lakeland College. The program is perfectly paced to allow a real work/school/life balance which makes the task of adult learning so much easier. The online environment is pretty much self contained, simple and descriptive, which allows the learning to be optimized without having to struggle through technical issues.
