Albertans embrace online learning – eCampusAlberta registrations soar past 12,900

July 6, 2010 – Albertans are embracing the flexibility and convenience of online education more than ever as huge growth in registration numbers released by eCampusAlberta shows. Alberta’s online education consortium of post-secondary institutions recorded 12,960 course registrations during the 2009/10 academic year (ending June 30), surpassing the 10,000 registrations milestone for the first time.
